    Role Introduction
    Role based: Schiphol Airport
    Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, London
    Language Requirement: Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
    Are you passionate about marketing and eager to dive into a dynamic role? We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in coordinating marketing, PR and Digital Sales activities across key markets in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Marketing, Lifestyle, PR and Digital Sales teams to implement activities across the markets and where necessary prepare creative briefs to meet local needs
  • Support the local Cargo team with any Cargo marketing related activities and ensure budget is tracked accurately
  • Assist the regional digital sales team to increase penetration of digital sales and growth
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ascertain local opportunities, competitive insights, feedback and approvals
  • Work closely with the sales teams to develop and tailor B2B trade communications and assist with organisation of local sales and trade events, if required
  • Review proposed local language translations and flag cultural sensitives when global and regional campaigns are applied locally
  • Help to build and maintain strong local media relationships, contacts, and database with PR agency
  • Engage and manage relationships with local airports, tourist boards, partners and sponsors aligned with and in co-ordination with regional team
  • Arrange and support local media events, familiarisation trips, management interviews and public speaking and engagements as required
  • There may be a requirement to support campaigns and marketing activities across the region

Requirements

  • This is an entry-level role requiring a minimum of one year’s experience in a marketing, digital and/or Public Relations enterprise
  • Good media relationship and understanding of the story needs local media
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, ensuring speed to market whilst maintaining quality of work
  • Must possess the permanent legal right to live and work in the European Union.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
