Machine Serve has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will identify and generate new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing customer relationships and will plan and implement a marketing strategy.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Excellent communication skills
· Marketing experience
· Pro-active, practical nature
· Self-motivated but able to work well as part of a team
· An interest in plant/agricultural machinery and a willingness to learn about our products
· Computer literacy
· A friendly, professional manner
· Full manual driving licence
8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Starting salary is dependent on experience.

· Creating innovative posts for social media
· Creating and running adverts, emails and newsletters
· Updating and changing SEO and the company website
· Organising shows
· Arranging on-site displays and managing presentation
· Liaising with sales on demonstration days
· Assisting with sales and sales administration
· Taking and making phone calls
· Some driving- company van and machinery
Whilst the role will be mostly office-based, there will also be use of a company vehicle to visit customers: perhaps to capture a video of our machines in action for social media, or to deliver an item and build relationships. A willingness to drive plant machinery and “get stuck in” is essential.
