Job Description
- You will lead and manage the Hospital Unit marketing team
- You will be responsible for all Hospital Unit offline marketing activities and revenue generation
- You will develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to drive awareness and retention
- You will guide and coach the marketing team to execute offline marketing initiatives
- You will plan, develop and measure performance of marketing campaigns
- You will ideate, design, and implement marketing initiatives
- You will conduct market research and business development analyses
- You will create partnership with corporate, insurance and other potential partner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Sales & Marketing for 5+ years
- Has an exposure to handle team & managing other functions (to collaborate/cooperate with the program)
- Available to work onsite at our hospital unit at Medan
