JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation, as well as managing the sales process to convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in both marketing and sales, and a passion for technology and the legal sector.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the tech or legal-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our legal-tech solutions across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the product development team to align marketing and sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing regular reports to management.
