JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive marketing Administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, daily.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, fostering interaction and engagement with followers.
  • Design and produce eye catching posts, emails, and other marketing material, while monitoring trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
