Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, daily.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, fostering interaction and engagement with followers.
- Design and produce eye catching posts, emails, and other marketing material, while monitoring trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
