We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing and Social Media Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing staff sales training, attending monthly marketing meetings, and executing various marketing campaigns both online and offline. Responsibilities:
- Staff Sales Training Oversight:
- Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team is well-versed in the services we provide, benefits, and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor training sessions to specific roles and responsibilities.
- Monthly Marketing Meetings:
- Attend and actively participate in monthly marketing meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming campaigns, performance metrics, and collaborative strategies.
- Provide insights and updates on social media campaigns
- Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Prepare, plan, and execute marketing campaigns both online and offline to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling and visually appealing content for various channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future strategies.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on various social media platforms (instagram and facebook, Tiktok would be a new avenue for us).
- Create and curate engaging content to foster a strong community and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to reach target audiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£13.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
