We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage our social media presence, and elevate our brand in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, trends, and social media, with a proven ability to connect with audiences and grow engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and visually appealing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to ensure innovative campaigns.
Campaign Development:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote product launches, sales, and events.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall brand strategy.
Customer Engagement:
Monitor beauty industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve campaigns and product messaging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management or marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and design.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and basic website management is a plus.
Passionate about beauty trends and the cosmetics industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
