Description:
Role Summary
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the marketing team in creating and implementing effective campaigns that drive customer engagement, enhance brand awareness, and promote Burns Car Sales Škoda as a leading choice for automotive needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage the dealership’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to design promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and online ads.
- Help maintain and update the company website with fresh content and latest offers.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and tracking their performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in organising events, including car launches, open days, and community outreach programs.
- Liaise with external partners, such as Škoda Ireland, for aligned branding initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as required.

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
