We have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The successful incumbent must have

  • Marketing, Communications, or graphic design degree
  • Experience supporting output on social media platforms
  • Experience in event support
  • Strong microsoft office suite knowledge

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will join on a full time basis (35 hours per week).
The focus of the successful incumbent is to provide creative and administrative support to assist in the delivery of the College’s strategic marketing plan. Including delivery social media content, collateral production, assess management maintenance, annual events production and communications output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; SEE JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS):

  • Assist on the delivery of day to day social media output
  • Support the design and delivery of a range of printed and digital materials
  • Collate and circulate press and social media coverage
  • Assist with the creation of videos and photo content to support marketing activities
