Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Coordinate partnerships internally alongside marketing managers and event marketing teams.
  • Keep track of media campaigns and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the campaigns.
  • Assist the marketing manager with the handling of social media platforms.
  • Prepare briefing for designer and website developer for changes and executions of campaigns
  • Handling of content for the website, upload content and update information into different areas of the website. Including the exhibitors directory
  • Coordinate and work closely with design and event marketing teams to create branding and advertising materials that are on brand and deliver them on time to partners
  • Work closely with content, sales, and event marketing teams to create and copywrite targeted partnership materials that carry the right messaging and tone of voice
  • Work closely with marketing manager to ensure all campaigns and actions implemented drive higher traffic to the website.
  • Track and analyse partnership marketing activities to ensure partnership marketing is delivering effective results
  • Ensuring our deliverables to partners are executed and that partners receive the relevant exposure outlined on contracts before, during and after the events
  • Manage communications to the database of PR and media contacts about the events we run and press opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Have a relevant degree in marketing, communications, business, oil & gas/energy (preferred), marine engineering or be in a similar or relevant role and looking for more autonomy and responsibility and the chance to work in a high paced events role where you will be able to develop your industry knowledge alongside marketing planning, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

The marketing assistant will be responsible for coordinating relations among internal stake holders, communicating with suppliers, managing media partnerships, coordinate website content, among others.
The marketing assistant will also put forward ideas, develop new initiatives, take on new tasks as required by the marketing manager and apply their digital marketing experience.
