Description:
The Marketing Assistant at Estructure, Inc. is instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. This role requires a dynamic individual who will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and create engaging content. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is advantageous (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in content creation are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across different platforms.
- Create and schedule content for social media, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Assist with the organization and promotion of events and marketing activities.
- Help produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and metrics.
