Description:

The Marketing Assistant at Estructure, Inc. is instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. This role requires a dynamic individual who will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and create engaging content. As a part of our collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various marketing strategies while gaining valuable industry experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role is advantageous (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in content creation are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and suggest improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across different platforms.
  • Create and schedule content for social media, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Assist with the organization and promotion of events and marketing activities.
  • Help produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and metrics.
