Viator´s Affiliate team seeks an experienced Marketing Executive to join the Global Affiliate Team. This is a 14-month position with the opportunity to be extended. You will play a key role in the day to day running of our affiliate programs across multiple territories. Your key focus will be to support the team in managing the affiliate program with a core focus on Influencer based Affiliates, executing campaigns and the day to day running of the affiliate channel. You will also get involved in campaigns that require rapid deployment and testing, so experience with quickly executing projects and evaluating their impact will be essential. Your role will see you collaborate both internally and externally to drive forward revenue for the business. .
The right candidate will be experienced in working within a similar role and be a confident project manager with the ability to work in a fast moving organization, and excited to collaborate.

THE CANDIDATE

  • 3+ years previous experience across the marketing mix and with affiliate marketing experience
  • Ability to work in a highly iterative, fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curious and analytical. You rigorously question and test your own and others’ assumptions, supported by data - Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & with the ability to present clear results
  • Ability to ask, and answer, meaningful and impactful questions
  • Highly organised and a self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills and pays close attention to detail
  • A terrific collaborator, able to partner effectively across teams with a broad range of skill sets and experience to arrive at the best solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written with high comfort level on presenting performance
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Support in execution of campaigns from backend management to partner content distribution i.e assets, campaign information etc
  • Campaign coordination and support for the team
  • Proactively grow and manage the affiliate database, while supporting other team members
  • Maintain strong relationships with publishers. Collaboratively identify new opportunities and optimisations to maximize orders growth
  • Undertake competitor and market research to uncover opportunities for the business
  • Help to deliver an overall excellent service and high relationship management to all affiliates
  • Be a super user of our affiliate and tracking platforms
  • Identify and execute test and learn campaigns
  • Communicate campaign results internally in clear and compelling ways
  • Champion error-free campaign execution
  • Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and investigate appropriate opportunities
  • Data support for the team
  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly to provide performance insights to wider teams
  • Produce post campaign analysis and learnings for wider teams
  • Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to identify and define new campaigns to reach new customers
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Analytics, Design and the rest of our Business Development Team
