The North America Marketing Assistant is a unique opportunity to support building the marketing channel strategy for the region.
This position is part of the North America Marketing department and will be a hybrid role (onsite 3x per week) based in Wood Dale IL office.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Have proven experience of managing business to business and/or business to customers campaigns.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Travel, approximately 20%.
  • BSc in Marketing, Business or a relevant field is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing department’s activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events and Tradeshows, including logistics, coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, customer data, etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, and databases with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
  • Develop marketing strategy for selected regional, national and strategic accounts in partnership with sales, service and business development teams.
  • Test and implement new marketing channels.
