ABOUT COMPANY:

Our client is a well-known Japanese company and established in Singapore since 1973. The company offers a variety of products including seasonings, frozen foods, processed foods, beverages, sweeteners and amino acids for the consumer market as well as the catering and food processing industries. Apart from its marketing and sales activities locally, the company also performs vital functions to support the Group’s global operations, such as the procurement of flexible packaging materials, chemicals and raw materials, the provision of logistic solutions, and developing new businesses in the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• FB/IG operations
• Draft postings as instructed and post them on FB/IG on timely manner
• Prepare FB/IG ad campaigns as instructed and run them on timely manner
• Draft ad creatives for postings and ad campaigns based on instruction
• Monitor and review the result of postings and ad campaigns
• Handle comments and messages from consumers on FB/IG
• FB/IG page development
• Support for FB/IG page development planned and instructed by Marketing PIC
• Website operations
• Edit frozen foods website in cooperation with marketing agency
• Draft press release and update it on the website on timely manner
• POSM creation
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and create POSMs on timely manner
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in any business studies
• Those with no experience are welcome to apply
• Have a keen interests in digital marketing, SNS, etc.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Experienced in digital marketing and/or social media is preferred but not a must.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and team-working mind for customers and colleagues
