Marketing Assistant - Remote: Latin America

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible hours, must be responsive during core hours)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. As our marketing operations expand, you will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, conducting market research, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics. You’ll also help maintain and update content in WordPress, apply basic SEO techniques, and create or edit graphics using Photoshop or Illustrator.
This 100% remote position requires strong communication skills, a knack for organization, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

MARKETING KNOWLEDGE:

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and email marketing best practices.

WORDPRESS CMS SKILLS:

Comfortable editing pages, creating blog posts, and applying basic SEO practices within WordPress.

BASIC SEO KNOWLEDGE:

Familiarity with on-page SEO strategies (e.g., meta tags, keyword usage), keyword research, and SEO analysis tools.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (BONUS)

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for minor WordPress edits or troubleshooting.
