As we continue to grow and evolve, we need a Marketing Assistant who can help bring fresh ideas, creativity, and energy to help us keep pushing forward. What’s On Offer:

• A very competitive salary for the right candidate.
• 40 hours per week, working to the needs of the business. While weekend work isn’t required every weekend, flexibility is key—especially during event times when some weekends may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Manage and grow our Shopify e-commerce site, ensuring it’s on-point with design and customer experience.
• Create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns and blog posts, promoting everything from farm-fresh produce to exciting events.
• Support product photography and visual content creation to showcase our products.
• Ensure our point of sale material is eye catching and gives a clear message to the customer
• Keep up-to-date with seasonal trends and ensure our marketing is always fresh and exciting.

About You:

• Creative Design Skills: You’ll be the go-to for creating standout materials that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe social media, from Instagram stories to Facebook ads.
• E-commerce Experience: You know your way around Shopify and are eager to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Communication Pro: You can craft engaging, polished content that speaks to our customers.
• Highly Organised: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Focused: You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and engagement at every digital touchpoint.

In this hands-on, varied role, you’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager, assisting with exciting projects across the farm shop, restaurant, and events. With creative freedom and the opportunity to shape our brand, you’ll help us craft and deliver engaging content that connects with our customers at every touchpoint.
