About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a recent marketing graduate who has a combined passion for marketing and food to join SunRice Group, an Australian company with Global impact.
As part of the Global Core Rice Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager you will work with a passionate, dedicated team who are proud of the culture they have created. With genuine career progression this position suits someone who is looking to kickstart their career and work in a diverse marketing role. With over 50% market share in Australian retail, the CoreRice segment is a key portfolio with full exposure to the marketing mix. Your responsibilities will include:
Support the team in all areas of marketing, this includes product development, social media, photo shoots, budgets, data and analytics, artwork assistance, project management and brand communication and much more
You will be primarily support our ANZ market but may also have some touch points with our international team
Anz Core Rice is a key portfolio in the SunRice business, with over 50% market hare in th Australian Retail and almost 40% in NZ Retail
You will be working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
About You
You will a degree in with Marketing or Commerce and ideally have some corporate related experience. You also have:
Excellent organisational skills and are comfortable working in a fast paced environment where you need to multi task.
Strong communication skills, you will be sitting in cross functional meetings and collaborating with different business unit.
A self starter, you are commercially minded, have analytical approach and thrive in an environment where you are comfortable pivoting to meet expectations.
A natural problem solver, you are comfortable taking ownership despite not having all the answers of the task at hand
You have a passion for marketing and for food.
