POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Assistant will provide essential support to the Sales and Marketing team, assisting with social media, content creation, and marketing materials while also performing reception and light administrative duties. This dual-purpose role ensures a professional front-line presence for the company and supports day-to-day marketing execution. The Marketing Assistant must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused while efficiently balancing administrative and marketing tasks.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • 2 years of experience in office administration (preferred)
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Our office is conveniently located at the corner of Waverley and McGillivray in South Winnipeg.

  • Respond to social media inquiries and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
