POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and materials to promote the Atlas Organics brand and services. The role requires a blend of strong communication skills, basic graphic design capabilities, ability to work well with agencies and willingness to take a hands-on approach.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field required

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Five (5) years’ experience in marketing
  • Experience in the compost industry and retail promotions a plus
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and various social media platforms required

Responsibilities:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for all Atlas Organics’ retail locations, across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, etc.
  • Manage all social media for Atlas Organics, including creation of engaging content and crafting regular posts.
  • Assist with management of company website, including minor website updates, posting relevant articles and updating content.
  • Update and create marketing collateral and education material targeting customers and partners.
  • Support planning and execution of all external events, e.g., booths, conventions and community events
  • Work with external partners, i.e., printers, to produce POS and other materials in a timely manner
  • Design and execute specific communication to employees, especially during company events
  • Assist in creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
