JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated part-time Marketing Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of the position will be focused around supporting our growing company in maintaining and expanding our online and offline presence via new and ongoing marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be involved in various aspects of digital marketing, advertising, and performance analysis. The position will report to our Director of Sales & Marketing and will also provide administrative support in other areas as needed. Keystone Financial Group is seeking someone with a strong interest in social media and marketing, who enjoys working in a friendly and professional environment. To that end, ideal candidates will possess the following Desired Skills, Characteristics, & Experience:

• Excellent skills in MS Word and Excel and other Office applications
• Experienced in basic graphic design, social media, and video editing tools (Canva, Opus, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Creative & takes initiative
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Enjoys participating in the creation process and sharing new ideas
• Able to follow directions, but also to think “outside the box” and come up with creative solutions
• A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys being part of a small, fun and energetic team

• Video creation and editing.
• Creation/editing of graphics and other marketing materials.
• Assist with social media post creation and follower growth/management.
• Track and analyze social media growth.
• Manage or assist with podcast promotion.
• Act as a creative thought partner in new marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Assist with scheduling/organizing workshops and other events.
• Help prepare materials for live or online workshops.
• Assist with workshop setup and follow-up (some evening hours may occasionally be required).
• Assist with processing new incoming leads and entering data into our CRM as needed.
• Assist with confirming appointments and workshop registrations as needed.
• Serve as a backup to assist with other office support tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.95 - $25.62 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
