The International Marketing Operations team at Dun & Bradstreet is focused on building best practice and optimising processes that fuel the marketing strategy, while managing the lead funnel to maximise ROI and growth. Within marketing we partner with integrated marketing, demand generation and analytics teams to ensure that foundational marketing automation and CRM processes allow for strong campaign insight.
We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts through meticulous execution of diverse marketing campaigns, a hyper focus on data-driven improvements and strong collaboration with colleagues.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Basic familiarity with marketing automation software (Marketo preferred).
• Email marketing execution experience.
• Good understanding of Marketing principles.
• Experience in supporting colleagues with operational work.
• Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive nature and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• Direct experience with Salesforce or a CRM is a plus.
