Description:
What the Candidate Will Do
- End to end project management for mid size Riders focused initiatives, aimed at strengthening brand affinity with our main target;
- Deeply and constantly collaborate with cross functional teams (Ops and Comms amongst the key ones) to align marketing initiatives to business needs;
- Support the team working on Core demand for Uber Mobility with the objective to regain category superior differentiation and consumers favorability;
- Based on Uber’s global marketing strategy, adapt, localize, and/or amplify initiatives to align with our regional strategy, taking into account local specifics and culture
- Help in identifying local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver marketing initiatives against the
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
- Minimum 4+ years in consumer marketing or related experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Curiosity and creativity! You’re full of fresh ideas to generate user growth and promote the brand
- Bias for action and proactive approach to problem solving
- Structured and fast paced thinker, with strong executional excellence skills and attention to detail
- Good written communication skills

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to drive the execution of world-class integrated marketing plans and campaigns plus deliver brand impact and growth for Uber.
You will report to the Group Marketing Manager and work with cross-functional partners to create the future of the brand for one of our key audience: riders.
