MARKETING ASSOCIATE

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with partners and creators while developing innovative strategies to enhance our brand’s social proof and content creation efforts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Develop and execute partnership strategies with creators, influencers, and brand partners while managing initiatives to increase customer testimonials and reviews. The ideal candidate will combine excellent relationship-building skills with creative thinking and project management abilities to drive authentic brand engagement and content creation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or content marketing.
  • Native or near-native level English writing skills with demonstrated ability to craft compelling outreach messages, proposals, and marketing copy.
  • Proven experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, with understanding of each platform’s creator ecosystems and content best practices.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with content creation processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and establish partnerships with relevant creators, influencers, and brands that align with our company values and target audience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer reviews and testimonials across various platforms, including written reviews, photo submissions, and video testimonials.
  • Create and manage outreach campaigns to potential partners, maintaining a database of contacts and relationship status.
  • Design and execute innovative content creation strategies, including identifying opportunities for outsourced content production.
  • Build and maintain relationships with content creation agencies and freelancers to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.
  • Manage partnership budgets and negotiate terms with creators and content producers.
  • Monitor and track all brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across digital platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies, including regular audits of our online presence and competitive analysis.
  • Create and maintain a systematic approach to addressing negative feedback and amplifying positive customer experiences.
