We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Automation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging cutting-edge marketing automation tools such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, to optimize our outreach efforts and enhance our member engagement strategies. We’re looking for someone to join our team starting in February 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media
- Assist in the creation and segmentation of audience lists to deliver targeted and personalized communications
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and templates
- Assist in data management and analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our customer databases
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement
