success. We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to drive demand generation, optimise campaigns, and enhance lead conversion. As this is a new role within our growing team, you will use your marketing automation expertise to drive fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to shape our marketing automation efforts.

continuous improvement in our marketing initiatives, which are focused on clients
from world-leading organisations across the energy and financial sectors. You will also shape sales and marketing alignment via technology, demonstrating the

REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g.Pardot, HubSpot) and strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), with 5yrs+automation experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets. High level of accuracy in managing data and executing campaigns.
- Ability to analyse marketing data to derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills to optimise marketing processes and campaigns.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business goals. Experience in creating and managing nurture journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in building sales and marketing alignment.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and trends, as well as propose and implement innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency.
- Experience in developing training programmes for marketing automation tools and processes

- An interest in commodities, energy or financial markets would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Management:
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools)
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing systems and other business tools
Marketing Automation:
- Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation
- Create and optimise workflows, triggers, and rules within themarketing automation platform
Lead Management:
- Manage lead scoring, routing, and assignment processes to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise lead handoff and improve lead conversion rates
- Monitor and report on lead flow and pipeline metrics
Data Management and Analytics:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and KPIs
- Analyse marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation and strategy
Process Optimisation:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and increase efficiency
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing processes. Work with the wider business to improve process
- Train and support the marketing team on best practices for using marketing technology and automation tools
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry best practices
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits of marketing systems and data to ensure compliance and accuracy
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, sales, IT, and product, to align marketing operations with business goals
- Provide regular updates and insights on the performance of marketing operations and automation initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
