Now you have the chance to join us as a Marketing Automation Manager and be part of our Direct and 1:1 Marketing team. You will be a key player in our transformation for smarter and more automated customer interaction.
This role is within B2C (Business to consumer), one of the key business units of the Tele2 corporation. B2C operates within several key areas concerning our two consumer brands - Tele2 and Comviq. This means a wide range of activities spanning from digitalization, commercial strategies, marketing, sales and customer service to TV content acquisition and advanced analytics. As we continuously strive to deliver superior solutions for our customers, we can
guarantee that exiting projects will keep on coming up.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be working closely with our colleagues from B2C Commercial to create and take ownership of our customer interactions with existing customers. You will design, test, implement, and refine our interactions in channels such as E-mail, SMS, RCS, Inbound recommendations, Telemarketing, Social Media, our own Landing pages and push notifications. You will also continuously share your insights to create a learning environment among colleagues. In this role, we are looking for a person eager to push our existing patterns and limitations for us to develop our skillset, mentally and technically further ahead

Responsibilities:

  • More than 5 years in Marketing Automation/CRM development
  • Business and Marketing-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity to learn more about marketing technology and data driven marketing
  • Team player with “can-do” attitude
  • Beneficial with Adobe Campaign experience
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoke
