Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall marketing automation function and suggest processes and improvements which a focus on lead conversion efforts.
- Create documentation and improve decision making with respect to Marketing Automation in the Growth team.
- Optimize user-to-user conversion rate for automated campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with sales representatives and establish strong communication between marketing and sales teams.
- Collaborate with all members of the marketing team to support Brand and Growth KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure that customer relationship management strategy and tools are fully embedded.
- Create campaign reports, provide analysis, and suggest improvements.
- Participate in data selection and segmentation - preparing campaign regulations, ensuring that all systems support the required data selection and communicating this to all stakeholders.
- Measure results and optimize email campaigns.
- Work with the content management team and the design management team to continually improve content and the effectiveness of email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or inbound marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation systems, CRMs, and the integration of both; having experience specifically with Oracle Eloqua is a plus.
- Expertise in marketing automation/setting up nurture and content flows, in addition to custom campaigns.
- Expertise in list selection and processing (de-duping, managing opt-outs), campaign set-up testing, tracking/campaign analytics, and overall success management.
- Good overall knowledge in marketing analytics, analyzing customer & prospect data, and online & offline marketing channels in B2B
