In this role you will be based in our centrally located HQ in Gothenburg, and you will be reporting to the Marketing Director Europe North. You will join a dynamic and engaged marketing team offering market leading products. You will be a part of an exciting journey in an industry transforming its complete offering to cloud-based solutions. You will work in a team of dedicated, professional, and friendly colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our Automation Tool, Pardot, ensuring day to day maintenance, monitoring and best practices are applied across the team.
- Build, test, launch and optimize campaigns including email template setup, campaign setup, event promotion, ABM, data management, A/B testing, scheduling tracking and measuring campaign performance.
- Create and maintenance of Nurturing Campaigns in support of our marketing strategy.
- Monitor and Report on Email Marketing Performance.
- Stay up to date with latest automation techniques and propose new ways of improving marketing campaigns to the rest of the team, always with a test & learn approach.
- Monitor our Lead Scoring Program (BANT) and propose new ways to improve it depending on its conversion rate and Sales funnel velocity.
- Create and maintain landing pages and forms in Pardot and Sitecore.
- Create and maintain marketing reports, segments, and contact lists in Salesforce.
About you:

A proven track record of Automation knowledge and hands-on experience in automation execution (minimum 2 years) using any bespoke automation tool, if Pardot it’s a bonus
- Knowledge of email marketing strategy and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Segmentation & Demand Generation
- Broad knowledge of marketing campaign metrics
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated through experience in delivering ongoing execution of digital marketing activity.
- Action-orientated and able to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements while thinking creatively and exploiting business opportunities.
- Effective team player with a can-do attitude, who can work on tight deadlines and across multiple workstreams.
- Strong communications skills in both English and at least one Scandinavian language.
