REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor/Diploma of Business Administration: Marketing concentration
- Professional and functional knowledge of business operations, sales, and marketing processes, and proposal development processes related to the office furniture industry; specific knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services and proposal submittals
- Technical knowledge of communications and media – knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods (including social media platforms). This includes ways to inform and present via written, oral, visual and digital mediums
- Customer-focused – discovering what is important to the customer (internal and external) and responding to it
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Demonstrating detail orientation and analytical thinking, understanding the importance of doing quality work, adhering to the standard to prevent errors
- Understanding of the following Software: Microsoft 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, CRM Tool, Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEM Rush
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven strategic thinking skills, initiative and creativity
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the Marketing, Brand and Media Manager is to develop, establish and maintain Marketing strategies to meet our organizational objectives, including but not limited to, increasing brand awareness and sales through the promotion of Brigholme’s media platforms. The goal of this role is to maintain positive public awareness of the company and its brand. This role will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include; public relations, creation of client facing material, social media, the development of the company’s marketing program, utilizing sales tools and targeted messaging that positions and directs product/services and information toward prospective and competitively held customers.
