Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and leadership skills to enhance brand equity and market share.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about branding and marketing.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  1. Marketing Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, TV, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create impactful advertising and promotional materials.
  1. Product Management:
  • Oversee product development and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage product life cycles, from inception to launch and post-launch analysis.
  1. Brand Consistency and Communication:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to gather consumer insights and identify trends.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.
