Role Overview: Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to shape the future of our brands? We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing strategies across our Tourism and Mountains businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a superstar communicator and relationship builder, and is driven by curiosity and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and brand marketing, preferably in a dynamic industry.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a keen eye for market trends.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Passion for conservation and sustainable tourism.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the GM Marketing to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure strategic alignment across all brands.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee and develop the global marketing strategies for RealNZ, Cardrona, and Treble Cone, operating across multiple brands with varying cadences simultaneously.
  • Act as the custodian of the RealNZ brand, maintaining brand guidelines and driving creative storytelling aligned with our brand values and objectives.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and strategy.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand presence and impact.
