SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Understanding of the contingent workforce ecosystem, products and providers
  • Experience of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B environment
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions of the organization.
  • Ideas person with a creative lens.
  • Ability to turn complex solutions into engaging content and campaigns
  • Commercial mindset and strong writing skills.

Additional preferred experience but not mandatory:

  • Understanding of 6Sense and digital paid media campaigns preferred.
  • Experience working within the talent industry an advantage
  • Ability to engage, motivate and lead an agile project team over whom they have no direct line control.

Responsibilities:

The role of the CWS Campaign Manager is to own and be accountable for the CWS marketing strategy, planning and execution.
The role sits within Business Marketing, as part of the Global Marketing team, reporting into the Global Head of Business Marketing. This person will also have a dotted line to the CWS North America Service Line and its leadership team which may include Mark Jones, EVP, CWS Americas, and work closely with the CWS SMEs across the US and UK and Matthew Rodger, Chief Commercial and Corporate Development Officer who is the Board sponsor of AMS’s CWS business.
