The Opportunity:
Reporting to the head of Partner Marketing, this new role at ApplyBoard will be responsible for the campaign development and management across multiple channels and tactics. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, communication programs, and marketing materials to increase brand awareness, reach new customers, and better engage our existing clients.

What you’ll do everyday:
- Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across all relevant channels.
- Collaborate on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and growth marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Craft and manage email communications to existing and potential users and clients.
- Design and implement GTM (go-to-market) strategies for new destination markets, new product features, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, website content, videos, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for innovation in marketing strategy and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, technologies, and regulatory developments to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years proven experience in marketing
- Experience in promoting educational institutions or related sectors is highly desirable
- Outstanding written, verbal, and illustrative communication skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, while being able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Analytical with a focus on business impact
- Experience in measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Outstanding written, verbal, and illustrative communication skills
