We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing demand generation marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience/personas, generate high-quality leads, and support overall growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop and inform campaign strategies that are aligned to business goals
- Identify target audience segments and target buyer personas
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to attract qualified prospects
- Design and manage lead nurture workflows to move prospects through sales funnel
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid search, content)
- Manage the creation of campaign assets: landing pages, emails, ad copy, Folloze boards and other promotional content
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies/consultants, web development and internal stakeholders (product marketing, field events, and corporate comms) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
- Report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
- Conduct tests on messaging and creative to improve effectiveness of the campaigns
