QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • A combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and creativity to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of, and a commitment to, the values and goals of the organisation
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, human rights and zero tolerance
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skillsHigh-level organisational and time management skills including a proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing Campaign Specialist contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate Melba’s brand, engagement and growth and involves a hands-on approach to managing and implementing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute Melba’s marketing strategy and marketing plans to drive brand awareness, acquisition, market share and growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including campaign planning, setup, media buying and scheduling, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that integrate various channels such as digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including content, graphics, collateral and promotional assets, in collaboration with the communications team and external agencies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer insights in support services industries using data to inform decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to continuously improve campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimise campaign performance.Manage day to day relationships with key agencies
