Dotsure Ltd is on the hunt for a proactive Marketing Channel Manager to take the lead in our Pet Marketing Department. If you’re passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering smart, data-driven marketing strategies, this could be the perfect fit for you!
As our Pet Marketing Channel Manager, you’ll act as a consultant to partners in the Pet Direct, Pet Partner, and Vet channels, driving demand and delivering impactful, targeted campaigns through expert channel planning. You’ll develop strategies to increase customer engagement, build personal relationships and align marketing efforts with our channel goals. With your eye on the ground, you’ll scope out the competition, and with your eyes on the sky, you’ll identify opportunities and partnerships that will propel our brand to new heights. Plus, you’ll do it all from the stunning heart of the Garden Route.

This position is permanent and will be based in the beautiful city of George, Western Cape.

MIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Marketing Diploma
  • 3-5 years of professional Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing experience from strategy to execution in a highly driven digital environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to work in an international virtual team with marketing, sales and product specialists and with business partners
  • Demonstrate wide and proven experience in the digital marketing mix and, therefore, can consult and advise partners on their marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Marketing Consultant to Pet Direct, Pet Partner and Vet channels, driving demand and generating activities.
  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships.
  • Prepare action plans by account.
  • Assist in developing and implementing target marketing plans as needed by internal & external stakeholders.
  • Business alignment: Apply key business strategy focus areas into account planning and day-to-day delivery.
  • Channel alignment: Build an account plan closely aligned to the channel strategy and purposely develop the strategic principles specifically applicable to the account.
  • Establish internal service level standards with the Network, Support and Solutions divisions to ensure the total customer partner experience.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations.
  • Build personal relationships with key staff within the channel.
  • Supervise execution of co-marketing activities by partners and/or vendor agencies.
  • Tracking & monitoring the performance of all campaigns.
