M3M Marketing (M3M) has been in business since 2017 in Grande Prairie, Alberta and was awarded the 2023 Small Business of the Year (Under 10 Employees) by the Grande Prairie and District Chamber of Commerce.
As a creative marketing agency, M3M helps local small businesses develop and energize marketing strategies. Our team consists of in-house and contracted marketing talent with diverse industry experience. We allow clients to get back to what they do best while the agency’s team of passionate professionals supports their business’ marketing demands.

The studio allows creatives, businesses, and media artists to leverage rented professional production space to create digital content such as video, photography, podcasts and voiceovers.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Client Coordinator represents the company on the front line and collaborates with the M3M team to provide the organization with administrative support for clients, projects, contractors, businesses and the CEO. The CEO supports you directly and you report to them.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating M3M projects, including internal and external inquiries via phone, text message, email, social media channels, instant messaging platforms, and project management software while on duty.
You will contribute to the team’s efforts to increase client capacity, amplify the M3M brand, provide customer service, enhance systems, support studio needs, and help M3M grow overall.
You have the opportunity to enhance your marketing skills, learn project management techniques, build relationships by providing an excellent customer service experience, engage with the community, and grow professionally.
The successful candidate will start with 15 hours per week with the potential to increase hours based on demand. There is also potential for growth to other roles within the team in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIREMENTS:

  • Obtained or pursuing certification in Marketing, Business, Office Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Self-starter work ethic with motivation to take action without needing additional prompts or supervisor reminders
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to use computers
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment and handle unexpected challenges gracefully
  • Passion for the local community

PAY & BENEFITS SUMMARY:

  • $17-21/hour
  • Reimbursement for mileage

Responsibilities:

  • Client Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they align with our client’s marketing strategies, and are completed with quality on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Project Tracking: Manage M3M projects using our project management software to log project information and ensure project statuses are up to date daily.
  • Client Communication: Answer emails, phone calls, text messages, internal communications, and social media inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide an excellent client experience focusing on building strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Assist and provide coverage for the CEO as needed for vacations and absences. Organizing meetings, file folders, receipts, documentation and media files.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work on M3M client projects as needed and execute marketing strategy for M3M Marketing & M3M Studios including website content, social media management including engagement, email campaigns, and other marketing campaigns.
  • External Communications: Engage, collaborate and communicate with contractors, clients, and the community.
  • Community Visibility: Attend community networking events with the CEO as needed.
  • Video Production Assistance: Provide on-set assistance on video shoots.
  • Studio Representation: Support studio inquiries, bookings, cleaning and other requirements as needed.
