Responsibilities:

The Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role involves collaborating with Beiersdorf Marketing Teams, CRM, and technical teams to create and optimize personalized customer journeys and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Design and build email templates, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Define and visualize CRM Journeys for the Marketing team, using draw.io / Lucidchart
  • Integration:
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
  • Ensure data synchronization and distribution within Salesforce
  • Take responsibility for related Salesforce Marketing Cloud software such as Design Tools, Translation management Tools and Marketing Journey test automation
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and best practices.
  • Proactively drive journey and operations optimization, using new features in Marketing Cloud
