MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER,LUBRICATION MANAGEMENT & RECONDOIL
We are looking for a proactive, innovative and strategic Marketing & Communication leader to join our global Lubrication unit. In this role, you will be responsible for Lubrication Management and RecondOil Marketing & Communication globally, as well as for our Lubrication EMEA Region. You will get a great opportunity to work in close collaboration with business leaders in developing the marketing and communication strategies for Lubrication & RecondOil, and you will play a vital role in deploying those strategies, contributing to our growth in different regions, industries, and channels.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
The role requires a professional well-versed in the nuances of marketing and communication, ranging from strategic planning to tactical execution, who is adept at creating, steering, and implementing marketing & communication strategies in an environment that emphasizes teamwork across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, implement, and measure Marketing & Communication strategies globally and for EMEA, and implement tactical plans.
- Lead market intelligence activities with focus on market research, to provide valuable market information and insights to our sales teams.
- Manage key marketing and communication projects, including new digital tools, channels, communication campaigns, packaging, and product launches roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with local Marketing teams and with Group Marketing and Communication, to align plans and support the implementation of activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Marcom activities, communicate findings to stakeholders and identify the most effective marketing activities and replicate best practices.
- Develop and secure a deep brand recognition and great experience of SKF in the Lubrication market, and ensure alignment with visual identity, brand, and digital experience.
- Work closely with the global Management team of Lubrication and RecondOil to support and facilitate great communication throughout the full organisation, through e.g. townhall meetings, newsletters, Sharepoint etc.
