Description:
Are you a passionate, creative communicator with 2-4 years of marketing communications experience? Do you have a love for talent communications and employer branding? Are you looking to take on more responsibility in a small, close-knit team? If so, read on.
Responsibilities:
Attracting top talent is critical to our success, and you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve this goal. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, you will help us communicate our talent proposition, both internally and externally. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute innovative, integrated marketing campaigns that engage potential candidates and resonate with current colleagues.
You will have full ownership of our talent marketing strategy, working with stakeholders across the business and leveraging various communication channels — from emails to social media campaigns—to drive measurable results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media posts) that captures candidates’ attention and introduces them to our business and culture.
- Developing candidate-facing communications (emails, webinars, etc.) that provide a transparent view of our job roles, career paths and our value proposition.
- Designing and launching email nurture campaigns to keep candidates engaged by sharing company news, success stories and case studies.
- Elevating the candidate experience by ensuring timely, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, transparently informing candidates at each stage.
- Measuring the success of your initiatives and continuously refining your approach based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Beyond talent marketing, you will also take on broader communication responsibilities, including:
- Ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals across all internal and external communications.
- Supporting internal initiatives, such as newsletters and company updates, to inform, inspire, and engage colleagues globally.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies that support business objectives and enhance brand perception.
