Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. This new dynamic role offers variety and excitement, where no two days are alike. You’ll balance tasks such as crafting compelling content for different audiences, managing social media engagement, analyzing marketing data, and supporting brand initiatives at events. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to create impactful messaging and ensure alignment in all communications. From digital marketing to in-person engagements, you’ll contribute to initiatives that help promote ARMA’s programs and inspire a future without waste.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Experience: 2+ years in a communications or marketing role, with a strong focus on content creation and strategy.
SKILLS:
· Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to think critically and creatively, especially when tackling complex topics.
· Superior time management and organizational skills, with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Strategy: Work with the Stewardship & EPR teams to develop communications that reflect ARMA’s brand and regulatory requirements. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and develop strategies to support key initiatives. When applicable, work with third-party contractors to assist with public relations and communications needs.
Content Creation & Messaging: Write clear, engaging content for newsletters, bulletins, promotional materials, website copy, and presentations. Ensure consistency in messaging that aligns with ARMA’s overall goals.
