Description:

As a key member of the Communications team, you will be responsible for creating and disseminating engaging content across various enterprise channels, supporting events, and collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality digital and print materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish enterprise and People Team content across multiple channels
  • Coordinate enterprise communications packs, briefing documents, slides, talking points, and FAQs
  • Produce 240G and Finance newsletters
  • Support events such as EC town halls and fireside chats
  • Collaborate with the creative team to fulfill digital and print requests for event signage, backdrops, etc.
