Are you passionate about executing marketing strategies, being part of a growing business, and can make a real impact?
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing operations to support local area marketing initiatives for our franchise partners, generate home loan leads, attract new franchise partners and more broadly, raise our brand awareness.
We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their role, contribute their ideas and actively participate in our exciting growth journey.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Provide marketing resources, training, and guidance to franchisees to support their local marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency
• Oversee the creation, optimization, and performance tracking of digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing
• Work closely with designers, writers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing content (blog posts, social media, newsletters, etc.)
• Manage key marketing projects and initiatives including company events and franchise professional development days
• Support our mortgage management business, Bluebay Home Loans, with marketing assistance to help drive home loan volumes
• Use data insights and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and inform strategy adjustments.
• Lead a high-performance marketing team, fostering positive relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders, while mentoring and coaching your team for succes
