Description:

You will project manage the cross-hospice communications and marketing campaigns, overseeing the creation of compelling content to feed into this work and be responsible for the management of internal communications. You will be working across the following areas: Clinical services Recruitment staff and volunteers Community engagement activity Education programme activity Income generation activity including retail Strategic internal messaging 1. Develop a campaign umbrella template strategy for all communications and marketing work for internal and external activity and manage the transition of colleagues through the new process. 2.
Build and manage processes and procedures to ensure we integrate ongoing campaigns into appropriate project/service content e.g. recruitment, myth-busting 3. Monitor and evaluate comms and marketing activity by reviewing comms plans, ascertain if KPIs were met, and lead on advised improvements. 4.
Lead on strategic campaign work to ensure the charity is promoting consistent messaging and language, tone of voice and appropriate imagery around death, dying and loss to help us reach more people earlier in their journey 5. Be responsible for ensuring our content across all platforms add value to what we to as a hospice and review this on a quarterly basis. 6. Responsible for producing & distributing internal staff briefing Facts & Stats document 7.
Responsible for producing and distributing the St Clare Impact Report 8. Help source case studies to promote the work of the hospice across multiple platforms. 9. Review the current brand guidelines and develop an updated a tone of voice, imagery and language edition which you will roll out across the organisation 10.
Lead on consistency of language, tone and style for messaging across our communications work alongside the Marketing & Communications team in both digital and traditional print formats. 11. Be responsible for overseeing and then managing the look of any sub brands that may be introduced into the hospice marketing toolkit 12. Work with the Senior Leadership and St Clare Management team to plan and disseminate internal communications, as part of the campaign process, across various platforms including Workplace, all staff emails, posters, the MDT digital hub, team meetings, Hospice Team Talk and all staff briefings.
This role will ensure tone of voice and cross hospice working and be instrumental in creating regular content to keep everyone up to date with what’s happening in the charity
