KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field
• 5 years + experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and executive successful marketing and communication campaigns and strategies in an international setting.
• Experience of CRM system implementation
• Ability to think creatively and develop & manage innovative marketing and branding campaigns
• Excellent communication and cross functional interdepartmental and personal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse workforce.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Client Relations: Enhancing the client’s experience by ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s values and promises.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collecting and analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance the company’s brand.
