Description:
1.Contribute towards delivery and maintenance of a calendar of marketing activities in-line with hospice objectives 2.Contribute towards the creation of content for social media platforms ensuring it is relevant, engaging as well as maintaining a calendar of planned activity all in-line with hospice key messages 3.Monitoring of social media platforms and keep abreast of emerging trends for optimization opportunities, developing technology and new channels of communication 4.Communicate tangible results regularly with stakeholders to ensure the marketing activities undertaken are adding value to the organisation and are contributing towards the achievement of budgets and strategic aims. 5.Create compelling, error-free content for a wide range of materials to support not only the income generation activities but also information giving materials for non-income generating areas of the hospice to inform hospice stakeholders and the wider public 6.Work alongside graphic designers to produce marketing/information giving materials that are consistent with brand identity and in-line with key messages 7.Support with the creation of digital media such as photo and video content as required; helping to maintain a current library of media resources in line with hospice consent policy for use in hospice materials 8.Assist colleagues with advertising opportunities, using media links and relationships to ensure the highest income to cost ratios possible are achieved. 9.Work closely with Marketing Team colleagues to identify and deliver online and offline promotional opportunities as well as Marketing-led projects 10.Build strong working relationships across all areas of the hospice, including our network of hospice charity shops, to ensure engagement with, and an understanding of, the benefits of the marketing function for the success of the whole organisation 11.Play an active role in supporting the Head of Marketing & Communications regarding general tasks of the function
