Description:

SUMMARY

Celestica is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Senior Manager to join a committed and inspired marketing communications team supporting our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) organization. The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation supporting business goals.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful content programs that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation in the B2B technology industry. The candidate is a strong writer with experience developing and delivering media relations and influencer programs.
In addition, they must enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, be well organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of energy to support various communications programs and initiatives. Experience within the technology industry is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing communications and content development, with a focus on B2B content. Experience within the technology industry is a definite asset. Proven experience influencing and engaging senior-level stakeholders in the development of content, marketing communications and media relations-related initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing compressed and at times, competing timelines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, strong project management skills, experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and PR/content agencies, to ensure content alignment and effectiveness.
  • Technology: Familiarity with the technology industry and its trends, including knowledge of key concepts and terminology.
  • Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high attention to detail.
