Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand development, content creation, and campaign execution. If you’re skilled in CRM, have a knack for writing, and can measure the impact of marketing efforts, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing and campaigns, preferably in a B2B or product-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create diverse types of content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Videography and CMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels.
  • CRM Campaigns: Execute and measure effectiveness of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, marketing automation and drip campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Write and produce engaging content aligning to buyers’ personas and the customer journey for various platforms including blogs, videos, emails, websites, presentations, testimonials and brochures.
  • Social Media Calendar: Develop schedule, write and post content and report on results.
  • Online Sales Promotions: Develop and implement online sales promotions to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Marketing Project Management: Oversee inbound marketing requests in Monday.com, assign projects and monitor progress.
  • Campaign Measurement: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Internal Communications and PR: Manage internal communications and public relations efforts to support company initiatives and enhance our brand reputation.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
