Dover Fueling Solutions Marketing Communication Specialist (MarCom Specialist) will support the Senior Marketing Communications Manager (EMEA) and the global MarCom team in a wide range of activities with focus on B2B Social Media, internal and external communication, brand implementation, digital marketing, customer events, and local PR. The role is dynamic and proactive, which will involve frequent communication with colleagues and business partners around the world and support in extensive range of international projects.
This role is offered as a full time (37.5 hours/week) maternity cover fixed term contract (approximately 6 months duration) and we are looking for this cover to commence in October 2024.
The role can be worked on a remote basis within the UK with travel as required to our UK sites in Skelmersdale and Dundee.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer focused, both internal and external
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • CRM experience, preferably with SalesForce.com (SFDC) and Marketo an advantage
  • Website CMS experience in AEM an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing, designing and updating brochures, white papers, articles, video scripts, web content and other marketing materials
  • Management of third-party agencies (PR and creative)
  • Ensure compliance with corporate brand standards internally and among distributors
  • Support in the creation and management of social media content, in line with company strategy
  • Support in online marketing activities, such as email campaigns and website maintenance
  • Planning and executing tradeshows and other events
  • Support sales with ad hoc requests
  • Deliver creative ideas for campaigns, market introduction and PR activities
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing digital media data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information
