Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Communications Specialist for Materialise Motion to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our marketing strategy into comprehensive yearly marketing communication plans and executing them. Your primary focus will be on activities that drive lead generation, lead nurturing, and brand awareness across the customer journey in the European market.

What you will do

  • Strategy implementation: translate product and market roadmaps into integrated marketing communication plans in collaboration with the product and research team
  • Content development: create engaging content for social media platforms and actively manage these channels
  • Develop and maintain content on the company website and other online and offline resources
  • Sales collaboration: work closely with the sales team to understand the customer journey and identify new and effective marketing activities
  • Project management: coordinate with the internal marketing operations and PR team to brief and follow up on the implementation of marketing projects and campaigns, including webinars, digital marketing campaigns, conferences, presentation materials, and sales collateral
  • Performance analysis: analyze marketing activities and campaigns, report on KPI metrics, and propose improvements to maximize impact
  • Global alignment: collaborate with the US marketing communications specialist to ensure global communication strategies are implemented locally
  • Stakeholder communication: align expectations and communication across all stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams

Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proficient in translating marketing strategy into actionable plans and executing them
  • Based in Paal, Limburg.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven results in content marketing and digital marketing tactics
  • Experience in the footwear retail or med-tech sector is an advantage
  • Strong ability to build relationships across different teams and manage multiple stakeholder priorities in a complex environment
  • Proactive, energetic, organized, and creative
  • A shared passion for innovating for a better and healthier world
